Websites

Beautiful Sites, Built by Hand.

A typical small business site is a bought theme with fifteen plugins bolted on, and a monthly bill for keeping the bolts tight. It loads in four seconds, the contact form breaks quietly in March, and nobody notices until a customer mentions it. We write ours instead, line by line, which is why speed, security and search are not features we charge you for. They are simply what happens when nothing is bolted on.

Examples

What This Looks Like.

The landing page

One page, live in three weeks, at a fixed price. Built from a section library we made and reuse, dressed in your brand and your words. The right answer when one page genuinely is enough and you want it working now.

The bespoke site

Several page types, a design concept that belongs to you alone, and real imagery. Priced on what it has to do, never on how many pages it has. Timeline agreed before we start.

In Every Build

Every site ships with this.

  • A CMS, always. You change the words, the pictures and the prices yourself; the layout cannot be broken by accident.

  • Hosting, SSL, and the domain registered in your name and your company number.

  • Search structure done properly: one page per real intent, sitemap, metadata, structured data.

  • Loads fast on a phone on a bad connection, and holds together from 320px up.

  • Cookie consent that meets the German form requirements, or no banner at all when you don't track.

  • Privacy policy and a 404 page somebody actually designed.

  • Accessibility to WCAG 2.1 AA, including keyboard operation and real contrast.

  • A dated Lighthouse report at handover, plus a recording and a walkthrough of how to update your own content.

How We Work

Fixed Scope. Fixed Price.

The same shape every time. Nothing gets built before the scope is written down and the price is agreed, because that is the only way a fixed price is safe for both of us.

  1. 01

    Brief

    Free

What the site is for, who it talks to, and the one thing a visitor should do. If there are three of those, the site has no hero and we fix that first.

  2. 02

    Scope and price

    Before we build

The sitemap is the contract. It lists every page and what each one is for, which is what makes a fixed price safe for both of us.

  3. 03

    Design and build

    3 weeks · landing page

A bespoke site takes longer and the window is agreed up front. Either way you see the design before it is built, not after.

  4. 04

    Launch

    1 week

Checked against the full delivery list, measured, and handed over with every account in your name.

  5. 05

Live, and ours to keep running

    Ongoing

Hosting, patching, backups, monitoring and small corrections. You do not get an invoice because a phone number changed.

Questions

The Ones People Ask.

The same handful comes up in every first conversation. Here they are answered before you have to ask them.

What does it cost?

A landing page runs between EUR 500 and 1,500. A bespoke site starts at EUR 1,500 and is priced on what it has to do: how many page types, and whether there is custom functionality like a booking flow or a calculator. Fixed price either way, agreed before we start, with no hourly billing. We never price by page count, because page count says nothing about the work.

How fast can it be live?

Three weeks for the landing page, from agreed scope to launch. A bespoke site is longer and the window is agreed before we start. The single biggest thing that moves either date is how quickly you get us your copy and images.

Can we edit it ourselves?

Yes, always. Every site we build ships with Payload, a content editor that lives on your own domain and stores your content in a database in Frankfurt. You change text, swap images, add pages and update prices, and you get a recording and a walkthrough so nobody has to guess. What you cannot do is move the layout around or change the fonts and colours — that is deliberate, and it means the design cannot be broken by accident. It is the opposite of a page builder.

Who owns the site, the domain and the code?

You do, all three. The domain is registered in your name and your company number, never ours. The code is a repository you can export at any time. There is nothing to unpick if you ever want to leave.

Why not WordPress?

Because most of what a WordPress agency sells as features are problems WordPress has. Speed optimisation is a feature because it is slow. A security plugin is a feature because plugins are the attack surface. An SEO module is a feature because it cannot emit a meta tag on its own. We write the site instead, so none of those are line items. If you want to rearrange your own sections with a drag-and-drop builder, WordPress is genuinely the better fit and we will tell you so.

Will it be found on Google?

The structure that ranking depends on is built in: a page per real search intent, correct headings, fast loading, a sitemap and clean metadata. What we do not do is sell you a monthly SEO campaign. Content and links over time are a separate piece of work, and an honest one to quote separately.

What happens after launch?

We stay on. Hosting, security patching, backups, uptime monitoring, and small corrections are part of the partnership rather than a support tier you buy. A new page or a new feature is quoted as new scope, the same way the first build was.
